Hiroshi FUKUDA, MD, PhD. Director - More than three weeks have passed since the earthquake and it is now April. As the damaged condition of the areas around us becomes more apparent, this disastrous scene is enough to make us want to cover our eyes . We are deeply sorry for the people of these devastated areas and express our heartfelt regret for those who have passed away.
